She also wants to encourage small businesses and wannabe entrepreneurs with success stories like hers. She will mention the disadvantages she had as a woman in a male dominated industry along her career and how she managed to rise through them.

Ruken Mızraklı is the Vice Chairwoman of the Gunduz Group and is one of the leaders of the Turkish leather industry. The Leather magazine selected her as the most successful businesswomen of the Leather Industry. In 2003, The World Magazine has selected her as the “Most Successful Business Women of The Year.” In 2015, The Vogue Magazine selected her as one of the visionaries of the Turkish Fashion Industry.
